The Kern 515 EasyMailer® provides a unique, turnkey mail-processing solution to personalized mail communication. The Kern 515 EasyMailer®’s smart design and engineering make it possible for A3 or A4 cut sheet processing to produce personalized envelopes that are wrapped around A4 or U.S. letters personalized in the same fashion. FSII PLUS
Smart sheet feed system




The FSII PLUS smart and fast sheet feeding system process electronically or graphically preprinted plain sheets. Among other applications, it was developed for use as an input channel for documents for automatic or traditional inserters and when required, to feed documents in controlled sequences. An intelligent electronic interface manages the production process, blocking insertion of two sheets and automatically turning off when the paper finishes.



BS 5413
Booklet system




The Laurenti bookletsystem BS 5413 is a modular concept to produce booklets by feeding, grouping, stapling, folding and stacking sheets. Sensors and barcode readers distributed among the different modules ensure a final product with high level of reliability and safety, resulting in an excellent cost-benefit ratio for the production of booklets.



RTS 1415
Pre and post system solution




The main application of the finishing system Roll To Stacker 1415 is processing variable data print documents. The system is based on the cutter CT 1415 and comprises paper unwinding, traction, turning and merger devices, cutting and stacking equipment. Some devices are also installed for controlling stationery traction, synchronizing the printer’s paper sheet delivery speed, preventing insufficient or excessive tension applied to the paper.

mailFactory is a suite of modular software components in the realm of ADF (Automated Document Factory) solutions. Kern and Laurenti utilise these components to implement comprehensive ADF installations and to integrate systems according to customer specifications. All of the components are based on a common structure that makes it possible to network document inserting systems and to store data in a central database.
