The Laurenti company has successfully been selling Kern products in Brazil for 18 years. On February 21st, 2008, Uli Kern and Fernando Laurenti renewed and strengthened this sound partnership by signing a letter of intent, thereby agreeing to continue their cooperation on both technical and commercial levels.

This is a winning solution for both Kern and Laurenti. As a result of this cooperation, Kern will be able to sell its products even more successfully throughout South America and to offer its customers technical support. In addition, the business partners shall have access to Laurenti products, which they can sell in their own outlets.

It is a great pleasure for us to strengthen this partnership and promote closer cooperation between the Laurenti and Kern family businesses.
